Brig I S Pilkhwal (Retd)

Brigadier I S Pilkhwal is highly experienced in selection/ recruitment of officers for the Defense services. He had been President of 20 Services Selection Board Bhopal and Dy President of 11 Services Selection Board Allahabad. He has wide experience in interviewing candidates for NDA/CDS and various other entries including Navy and Air force. .He has trained number of interviewing officers for SSBs and had been actively involved in the training of Psychologists and GTO’s. He has carried out number of follow up studies for improvement in the selection /training of cadets at IMA/OTA. Brig IS Pilkhwal is widely recognized and has expertise in effective people relationship management and held number of senior leadership roles in the army and private sector. He has been awarded commendation card by the army. Presently working in a senior position with an MNC. He is also the member of executive council of Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He is MA in economics from Agra University and holds MBA degree from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

Col Rana (Retd) (Director)
(Ex-Psychologist)

Col R Rana has served as a Psychologist in 3 SSB’s namely 34 SSB Allahabad, 19 SSB Allahabad & 21 SSB Bhopal. He has the proud privilege of being the 1st Psychologist to have been posted during the raising of 21 SSB Bhopal. With passion kindling in his heart Col Rana after taking premature retirement from the Army Col Rana started his institute for training boys & girls for defense in the year 2007 and there has been no looking back ever since. Dozens of boys and girls are being groomed, trained and molded as officers in this institute achieving almost 100% result in screening and PABT.

With dedication and commitment of par excellence in a short span of 4 years Col Rana has been able to produce a very high selection rate & today the institute can proudly boast of being one of the best SSB/Written training institute in the country. With an experience of 3 SSB’s as a psychologist and kindling passion for the Defense.

Gp Capt A J Kapoor is one of the most highly experienced Interviewing Officer & GTO of the Indian Air Force After his retirement in the year 2000 Gp. Capt. Kapoor took up the challenge of guiding candidates for SSB. He has conducted various training programmes for Sainik/Military schools like Kapurthala, Kunjpura & Purulia. To name a few with enourming personality Gp. Capt A J Kapoor has trained thousands of candidates. NDCI is proud to be associated with Gp Capt Kapoor who with his professionalism has taken the institute a long way making it stand head over shoulders above other Defense training institutes

Mrs Neeraja Sisodia
(Visiting Faculty)

Qualification : B.Sc. Home Science, Lady Irwin College (Delhi University) B.Ed., M.Ed.

Neeraja is a professional with a diverse range of experience in the field of training. She has played a multitude of roles in a vast array of environments, ranging from the top schools of the country (as demanded by the mobile nature of her husband’s position in the army), to top corporate sinecures. She has twenty years of experience behind her, starting her career as a teacher and then moving on to heading a school, before finally starting training modules for major institutions such as NIFD. Her last full time employment was with Makeover Finishing School, an offshoot of AHA (Aviation and Hospitality Academy) as SM (Training). In her 3-yr experience there, she conducted training modules for major corporations such as Reliance and Aircel, premier B – Schools and high schools. She is now working as a consultant trainer and has conducted training for Marlboro , DAV Faridabad ( train the trainer) and MBA Graduates/Post Graduates of Shridhar University ,Pilani. She has also trained front-line executives of Asian Paints, Asiana Village and VPs and AVPs of DMRC and Genpact, BPO for Corporate Etiquette. She was also instrumental in developing content for their Personality Development module which includes etiquette, social graces, and communication among a variety of other professional skills.

Neeraja specialises in behavioural and communication training. She has trained in practically the entire gamut of Training Modules which include Business Etiquette, Leadership, Communication , Presentation Skills, Attitude ,Interpersonal Skills , World Class Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Building High Performance Teams.

Mrs Shraddha Rana
(Consultant)

Mrs Shraddha Rana MA Eng. Bed. Phd, has been in the field of education for around 20 years. Experienced in establishing, handling and managing various schools and educational institute. Also conducted various spoken English, personality Development related programmes. Workaholic by nature Mrs Shraddha Rana is an asset to NDCI who has been nurturing the institute since the time of its establishment.

Mr Vikram Thapa
( HOD Written)

Qualification – B.Sc. and presently preparing for Civil Services

Exp – 5 years experience in teaching students of NDA, CDS, OTA, ACC, CPO, SSC & Coastal guards

Subject:- English, G.S., Maths & Reasoning

Genius to the core, with knowledge on his finger tips Vikram Thapa is thoroughly dedicated to the profession. Vikram’s teaching methodology has benefited hundreds of aspirants appearing for written examination. An invaluable member of NDCI and a real pillar of strength.

Er Rohit Bhadula
(Faculty NDA Maths)

Qualification- B Tech in Electrical from UP Tech University, DIT

Experience – 3 years experience of teaching at various institutes.

Rohit has an infatiguable spirit and true passion to teach. Many candidates have been benefited with his experience and tireless teaching. Rohit has a very good command over his subject and possesses a good teaching ability.
